Circadian Rhythms in the Intestine.

We are looking for motivated Postdocs and/or Grad Students to study circadian rhythms in inflammation and cancer. Our lab uses the mouse system, human and mouse intestinal organoid cultures, and genomics to study the daily timing of stem cell pathways in the small intestine and colon. Additional projects to study circadian rhythms in intestinal stem cells in Drosophila are also available. The research will involve collaborations with other institutions in Canada and Europe.
