Registration
Registration is currently open for all SRBR members. Non-member registration will open on November 1, 2025.
Early Bird registration rates end Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Standard/Late registration rates will apply to all registrations completed on or after Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Trainees
Trainee Day will be hosted on Saturday, May 9. Registration for Trainee Day is required in order to attend. Individuals enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or postdoctoral training programs in biological rhythms are eligible to register and attend.

Cancellation Policy
Full registration refunds are available for cancellations requested in writing on or before March 15, 2026. A $40.00 administrative fee will be applied for cancellations received between March 16, 2026 and May 1, 2026. Refunds will not be granted after May 1, 2026. Substitutions are allowed at any time. Refund requests should be made via written notice to the SRBR Executive Office at info@srbr.org.
