Out now: SRBR’s Public Outreach Briefs

Four new publicly accessible SRBR Public Outreach Briefs are now available on topics that exemplify the social implications of the field of circadian biology. Published in the Journal of Biological Rhythms (SRBR’s official journal), the Public Outreach Briefs address the benefits of late vs early school start times, the importance of light exposure, and the relevance of taking into account the timing of medicine and food intake. These papers were written and peer-reviewed by international experts and provide accessible introductions to the consequences of living in a 24-hour society from a chronobiological perspective. A series of infographics were made to provide a graphical summary aimed to promote accessibility and discussion. Check them out here!
