Coming up: Reddit Ask Me Anything session on the effect of Daylight Saving Time on November 1!

With the end of Daylight saving time (DST) approaching, it’s a good time to think about what this annual clock change means. Around the world, there is an ongoing debate on whether to adopt permanent DST or to abolish it altogether. Based on the available scientific evidence, the SRBR supports the adoption of permanent Standard Time, as we recently explained in a position paper titled β€œWhy Should We Abolish Daylight Saving Time?” that was published in the Journal of Biological Rhythms. We are very interested in hearing your questions, so, therefore, we invite you to ask us your questions on this topic! We will be hosting an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on Reddit on Friday, November 1 from 3 pm – 6 pm (ET), during which we will address your DST-related questions. The link to the event will be shared one day in advance on our Twitter account, so keep your eyes peeled!
